All service bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
We provide warranty on all our services as specified during the consultation. If pests return within the warranty period, we will re-treat at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover new infestations caused by external factors.
Customers must provide access to all areas requiring treatment. Any preparation required (such as covering food items) will be communicated by our technician. The customer is responsible for informing us of any allergies or health conditions in the household.
ARS The Pest O Expert Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
